Liz Larin -- Picks up 3 Detroit Music Awards for 2008!
May 1st, 2008Despite being a national artist, Liz Larin is still Detroit's favorite Rock/Pop artist. Garnering three Detroit music awards at the annual celebration, including Outstanding Rock/Pop Songwriter, Outstanding Rock/Pop Vocalist, and Outstanding Rock/Pop Artist/Group, Liz humbly thanked 'all those who took the time to give me a music lesson, then I asked.' The second award she talked about the new music schools in the Detroit area and how much fun it is to be involved with the next generation of musicians. Upon receiving the third award, Liz Larin said she was greatful to be a part of the Detroit music scene, 'because there is so much talent here.'
