LIZ LARIN Picks Up Three Awards at International JPF Awards! November 11th, 2004Ana, California - After 18 months of screening, judging, narrowing down, planning and sheer hard work, the 2004 JPF Awards Show announced the judges conclusions, garnering Liz Larin with three awards:
Best Alternative Song - 1st Place Winner - LIZ LARIN
GOLDEN BOY (from ‘the story of o-miz’)
Best Alternative Album - 2nd Place Winner - LIZ LARIN
‘THE STORY OF O-MIZ’
Best Modern Song - 3rd Place Winner - LIZ LARIN
LOVE ON THROUGH (from ‘the story of o-miz’)
The awards show, sponsored by Disc Makers, ASCAP, Korg, TAXI, CD Baby, Future of Music Coalition, and Virgin Digital was held on Sunday, November 7th at the Galaxy Theater outside of Los Angeles. Liz Larin was not able to perform at the ceremony due to scheduling complications but was happy to excited to get the news while in New York. “I’m excited to have been recognised by this grass roots organization who believes in the power of music. I appreciate their support very much!”
JPF Awards are the largest web based music community representing performers and artists from 25 different countries including Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, South America and Australia. 140,000 songs were entered. You can find the winners and finalists listed at:
