Liz Larin Awarded Outstanding Electronic Music Producer Second Year
April 20th, 2010Liz Larin garnered three 2010 DMA's in three different genre spanning categories. For the second year in a row she picked up Outstanding Electronic Music Producer for her work with her projects LusterKraft and Stella 13 in a city that is known for electronic and techno music. Others up for that award included Kevin Saunderson and Matthew Dear.
Liz received Outstanding Musician in the World Music category for her solo Portuguese/Spanish/French jazz standards project.
Also, Liz graciously accepted the award for Outstanding Rock/Pop songwriter again this year. "Detroit is tough city with a lot of heart. It's nice to be recognized in a city that is known for high standards of musicianship as well as for playing a huge role in the birth, and hopefully the future, of electronic music." |
